Lincoln has introduced its revolutionary new P653S Electric Centro-Matic Pump, the company’s first pump that includes a reservoir, pressure switch or transducer, vent valve, low level detect and controller--all in one compact unit. Developed for a broad range of applications, the unit’s all-in-one construction reduces system design and installation costs. Using Centro-Matic injectors, the integrated pump supplies lubricant to a single-line parallel lubrication system and pumps low- and high-viscosity greases, including NLGI grade 2 grease.

The new Quicklub 15-L reservoirs have the capacity to meet the trends of today’s longer equipment maintenance intervals. Construction, agriculture, and mobile equipment are being fitted with components allowing the machines to be in service for longer durations without scheduled maintenance. The 15-L reservoir, almost doubles the capacity of the 8-L Quicklub pumps, allowing longer, uninterrupted operation with reliable and dependable lubrication from Lincoln’s industry-leading system. The Quicklub 15-L reservoirs are equipped with a stirring paddle mechanism to prevent grease separation when not in use for long periods, much like today’s 2-L, 4-L, and 8-L models. The 15-L also has special reservoir support brackets and base to adequately endure the extra weight and height, even when subjected to off-road vibrations.

PMV Lubrication Pumps

Lincoln has introduced its new line of PMV Lubrication Pumps. Featuring a unique, modular design, these pumps provide exceptional performance, long service life and low cost of ownership. Offered in 3-inch and 4.25-inch diameters, the PMV Pumps are available in oil and grease models for stationary installations, as well as portable applications. The PMV line combines decades of Lincoln design leadership with advanced materials and manufacturing techniques to offer a superior pump with distinct advantages.

EOS Chain Lubrication System

EOS Chain Lubrication System Lincoln has introduced its new ORSCO EOS Chain Oil Lubrication System for industrial applications. Economically priced, this electrically operated system uses direct operating injectors to dispense precisely metered amounts of oil on the chains of industrial packaging equipment to reduce chain and sprocket wear.
The EOS system features push-in fittings for simple, time-saving installation, and oil volumes may be selected to match the chain and environmental conditions. Available as a 12- or 24-volt single-line, centralized lubrication package, the EOS is capable of dispensing accurately metered oil at a maximum pressure of 58 psi.

Each system consists of an electric gear pump with a 5-liter reservoir. The modular design of the EOS makes it capable of lubricating up to 12 points simply by inserting a tee-piece. New Wireless Tank Monitor

Lincoln’s new wireless tank monitoring system monitors tank levels from anywhere at any time through secure web access and e-mail or fax notification. Easy application and integration with existing equipment greatly reduces installation cost. It can be used with above- and below-ground tanks. Lincoln has just released its new line of Clear Grease Guns that allow for 100% positive grease-type identification, eliminating the risk of mixing incompatible or unspecified grease. The clear grease tube provides visual confirmation of the quantity of grease remaining in the tube, air pockets and grease separation or contamination. Capable of both cartridge and bulk fill use, the high-strength, clear tube with aircraft aluminum end caps combines for one of the industry’s most durable tube assemblies. Visual recognition of the grease brand on the cartridge can be used to promote the quality of the shop.
